This policy explains how Provan collects, uses, and looks after your personal information. Provan is operated by Stephen Milner, based in Rotorua, New Zealand. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us, and the basics needed to run the website:

• Your booking details, if you book a call. Booking is handled by Cal.com.
• Anything you send us by email.
• Basic, anonymous usage data through website analytics, so we can see how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to arrange a call. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it on for anyone else's marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the trusted tools we use to deliver these things, for example Cal.com for booking and an analytics provider for website statistics. Some of these tools store information on servers outside New Zealand. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled with care.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for basic analytics so we can understand what is useful and improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Your data is yours

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You keep ownership of your information. To make a request, just email us.
